LPS-EMP-40 Piston Type Grout Pump


LPS-EMP-40 is a grouting pump and injection machine for cement mixtures pumping applications. This machine can easily handle all popular types of cement, grout and plaster mixtures containing different sizes of aggregates,

gravels, sand up to 5mm size with a maintenance free pump structure. Improved cylinder and piston geometry, high quality steel liner and polyurethane piston ring, reduces operating costs due to electricity and spare parts consumption. Hermetic type gearbox design and steelmade oil filled crankbox provides continuos lubrication and 100% duty working. Mixer system is powered by a 3kW electric motor due to mixing common materials thus mixtures’ precipitation or decomposition of material is prevented. Water-proof electric control cabinet design, prevents leakage current and provides operator safety. Phase sequence protection, over and under voltage, over current and thermal protection are some of electrical safety features.  All electric parts used for electric system, cabels, breakers, buttons, relays, ac-motor converter, etc are made by SIEMENS®.

Advantages

Compact and lightweight design.  Body of pump is made of alloy steel lighter and durable than iron casting.

Wide application area. Successfully used in ground stabilizing and strengthening, cement pumping operations for anchorage filling, cement flooring and grouting, pumping cement, plaster, lime or other solutions towards or upwards construction area, clay pumping or transferring, tunneling, hydro-power dam construction, precast units production, etc. Reliable and durable.  High power electric motor with gearbox, low piston frequency and continuous lubricating reduces aging. All parts contact with water and concrete are made of appropriate materials for preventing stain and dirt.

Easy and economic.  Simple and service friendly design eliminates wrong operations and faulty assembling; fill hopper hold the nozzle, push start and go! After operation pumping some clean water prevents cement settling or pump blocage.

Technical Specifications






*Pumping capacity may vary due to aggregate size, shape, type of mixture and viscosity. Theoretical pumping capacity is calculated by multiplying cylinder volume by piston cycle time. Electrical consumption is directly proportional to pumping distance and material viscosity. Pumping range is adjustible between 0 to maximum motor revolution speed at 50hz, range is controlled via ac motor frequency converter by a potensiometer.

**Maximum aggregate size means, theoretically material size that can travel inside the cylinder, pump body, pipes and hose smoothly without blockage or any problem.

***Pumping distance may vary upon concrete or other pumped material type and aggregate size.
